A 5 week online anxiety and sleep course.
The course is broken down into a mix of easily digestible videos, worksheets and downloadable bespoke hypnosis recordings and tools in MP3 format. The course uses a mixture of solution focused coaching to help you take action at a conscious level. This is combined with hypnosis to make changes to the parts of the brain we can’t normally access in your subconscious mind.
Week 1.

Week 2.

Week 3.

Week 4:

Each week you will be sent some videos, a work book and throughout the course some downloadable hypnosis MP3’s. You need to commit around 1hr a week for the duration of the course.
