Course description

 A 5 week online anxiety and sleep course.

The course is broken down into a mix of easily digestible videos, worksheets and downloadable bespoke hypnosis recordings and tools in MP3 format.  The course uses a mixture of solution focused coaching to help you take action at a conscious level. This is combined with hypnosis to make changes to the parts of the brain we can’t normally access in your subconscious mind.

Week 1.

Understand your brain better to get you back in control of your anxiety. Take the first steps to feeling calmer and getting a good night’s sleep. Discover how Hypnotherapy and trance can help you. Relax at bedtime with your stress busting hypnosis MP3.

Week 2.

Accessing your subconscious mind to re-programme your brain to make positive changes. Discover the natural way to create happiness in our brain. How to get better quality sleep.

Week 3.

The power of breathing to calm your mind. Use breathing techniques to release your anxiety. A new relaxing hypnosis MP3

Week 4:

Complete a practical visualisation exercise supported by a video and workbook to train your brain to be calmer. Discover a new powerful hypnosis tool to help you release negative thoughts and feelings in under 5 minutes. A new MP3 tool is available this week.

Week 5.

Stop being your own worst critic. Be kinder to yourself. Find joy in discovering your passions.

Bonus Week 6:

In this bonus week we talk about how you can change the story you are telling yourself. We cover the topic of self-love to help calm your mind and improve your self-esteem. Complete daily exercises to help you and use questions in the worksheet to dive deeper on this subject.

Judith is the owner of Judith Ward Hypnotherapy and her passion is helping people overcome anxieties and fears. Commitment

Each week you will be sent some videos, a work book and throughout the course some downloadable hypnosis MP3’s. You need to commit around 1hr a week for the duration of the course. You can move through the course at your own pace. Stick with the programme and your sleep patterns will improve and you will begin to feel calmer. I have included techniques that have helped me in my life and benefitted my clients. I am confident that if you complete the whole programme you too will notice the benefits.. Do I need to listen to all of the hypnosis recording if I feel sleepy?
No you can switch it off if you feel sleepy.
Will it be like hypnosis on the stage?
No this is clinical hypnotherapy. It is relaxing and no-one will make you do anything that you do not want to do.
Is this course for me?
This course is designed for people with anxiety or general sleep issues. If you are unsure whether hypnosis is suitable for you please check with your doctor first.
Do I need to consult my doctor first?
